Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Government of Portugal Fully Funded Scholarships 2026, you must:
International students are welcome to apply for these scholarships.
Undergraduate: Must have finished secondary school education
Master’s: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.
PhD: Must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Proof of English or Portuguese fluency (depending on the program language).
A strong academic record and enthusiasm to study in Portugal.
